Our USA Technical Support center in Commerce, CA, is open for troubleshooting help during business hours. For facilities in the SoCal region, we can get live support to you within a few hours. For outside of SoCal, we offer video & phone support help. In extenuating circumstances, we can send a Technician to your facility out of CA.
We also stockpile spare parts at our CA wearhouse so we have extra parts stateside, thus we can send one to you within a business day. If a specialty part needs to be sent from the factory in China, it will be sent within a week.
All help & repairs within warranty are included, however support for machines out of warranty will cost extra for replacement parts.
Our Technical Support center has 3 Fiber Lasers and 1 CO2 Laser set up, so you can come and try out the machines for yourself before purchase, to get familiar with their use and see what specifications, power, and work-bed size will be ideal for you. We also send out Technicians to help with all installation after purchase, helping review the use of the laser with your on-site staff.
