RETURNS & REPLACEMENT

Senfeng Laser USA, offers a warranty on every machine. Senfeng will repair or replace any defective parts (excluding shipping and handling) free of charge. On-site repairs are available at a reasonable cost with the consideration of travel (varies from location to location and technician time).

The above warranty only applies to the original purchaser for the products distributed and or sold by Senfeng Laser USA.

  1. Any after-market modification or add-on will not be warranted by Senfeng.
  2. Any repair or service is outside of the warrant and is the responsibility of the Owner at their own cost.
  3. This warranty is valid for normal use only and excludes the following:
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper return shipping, or installation.
  • Acts of God such as fire, freezing temperatures, flood, lightning, or improper electric current.
  • Service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized Senfeng Technician.
  • Damages incurred through irresponsible use, including but not limited to: Failure to use the water pump or chiller, failure to clean optical mirrors and lenses, failure to use air assist, failure to clean or lube guide rails with lubricant oil, or failure to properly store the laser in a properly conditioned environment.
  1. Senfeng Laser USA is not responsible for any software programs, dates, and information stored on any media or parts of any product repaired or replaced by Senfeng.
  2. Senfeng Laser USA, conditions of warranty do not include any third-party software or virus-related programs caused by any software not provided by Senfeng.
  3. Senfeng Laser USA accepts no responsibility for loss of time or data from hardware failure. All customers are responsible for backing up any data. Senfeng takes no responsibility for any loss of work (downtime), for any product requiring service repair.
  4. Senfeng Laser USA offers annual renewal on our warrant. In the event of a resell of any of our product(s) from the original owner to a third party, our warranty becomes null and void.
